## No Refund Policy
By placing an order with Pawdagen, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Because our products are edible, consumable pet food supplements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Your pet's refusal to eat the product "Highly Unlikely"
- Dissatisfaction with results (individual results vary)
- Accidental or duplicate orders
- Subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped
- Opened or partially used products
- Products purchased with a discount or promo code

## No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges of any kind. If you ordered the wrong quantity or variant, we are unable to swap it for a different item. All of our orders are fulfilled by Amazon

## Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge date to avoid future billing. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any orders that have already been charged and shipped. To cancel, log into your account at **pawdagen.com/account** ---
## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your order arrives **damaged, defective, or incorrect** (wrong product sent). In these cases:

- Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will send a replacement at no cost to you
We do not issue cash refunds for damaged or incorrect orders — we will replace the item only.
